Returns Policy

There is no right to return or cancel your order once placed under the Financial Services (Distance Marketing) Regulations 2004. This is because goods supplied by us are directly influenced by fluctuations in the financial markets and are not controlled by us.   

Cancellation of orders may be allowed under exceptional circumstances at our absolute discretion and will be subject to our Price Loss Policy, please visit our terms and conditions for more information.

Order Cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of you placing an order, can only be made in writing to cancellations@buybullion.co.uk and must be received before your order is dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled.
